Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Tags must be unused, unactivated (not claimed in a FOUR32.ONE account), and in original packaging.

block Non-returnable items

Activated or claimed tags, used or damaged tags, and any digital services or activation are non-returnable. Bulk or custom orders may have separate terms.

payments Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

If your tag arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. If it is, we will provide a prepaid label.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
